The Ananta, Udaipur | 500 Guests | 6 Events
A magnificent destination wedding that brought together 500 guests for six celebrations filled with culture, entertainment, spectacular décor and unforgettable experiences.
Milan and Brinda were quite the combination.
Milan, ambitious and driven, and Brinda, a fun-loving fashionista, brought two very different personalities together in a way that simply worked.
Together, they were the kind of couple who made everyone around them believe in the idea of couple goals. And when it came to their wedding, they knew they wanted to create something equally memorable.
Milan and Brinda wanted a grand and culturally rich destination celebration in the beautiful city of Udaipur.
This wasn’t going to be a small, intimate affair.
It was going to be a celebration on a different scale altogether.
Their vision called for bringing together hundreds of family members and friends and giving them an experience worthy of the occasion.
The scale of this wedding was something else.
~ 500 guests.
~ Six events.
~ Celebrity performers.
~ A DJ.
~ An emcee.
~ Grand décor.
And everything that comes with bringing hundreds of people together for a multi-event destination wedding.
With a celebration of this scale, the challenge isn’t simply creating beautiful events.
It’s making sure all the moving pieces work together—from venue coordination and event planning to guest hospitality, vendor management and on-ground execution.
Every event needed to feel spectacular while the overall experience remained seamless for the couple and their guests.
For Milan and Brinda, our role covered:
Working closely with The Ananta and the various teams involved across the celebrations.
Coordinating the flow and requirements across six different events.
Working through the creative direction and production requirements for a celebration of this scale.
Coordinating the extensive team of vendors, performers and production partners involved.
Helping ensure an experience that worked seamlessly for 500 guests.
Managing the moving pieces across the celebrations and ensuring everything came together as planned.
This wedding was honestly straight out of a movie set. There was a point where we were standing there, looking at everything happening around us, and almost couldn’t believe that we had actually pulled something like this off.
Months of planning finally coming together in one extraordinary celebration. And sometimes, as planners, you have to take a moment to step back and appreciate what you’ve created. This was one of those moments. We actually pulled this off.
Milan and Brinda’s wedding was a celebration where nothing was small. But behind the grandeur was the same philosophy we bring to every wedding:
~ Thoughtful planning.
~ Clear communication.
~ Strong vendor relationships.
~ Attention to detail.
And a team that stays calm when hundreds of moving pieces need to come together at once.
Because whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a 500-guest destination wedding, the principle remains the same: The bigger the celebration, the more important the planning becomes.
