Radisson Blu, Alibaug
A culturally rich destination wedding that brought together families and guests travelling from different parts of the world for a celebration filled with warmth, style and unforgettable moments.
Aditya, a simple and effortlessly stylish Mumbai boy, and Madhur, a larger-than-life personality based in Dubai, first crossed paths while in Australia.
Their journey eventually brought them to a destination wedding surrounded by family and friends who travelled from near and far to celebrate with them.
It was a wedding that brought together different cities, countries and generations—and at the heart of it was a couple with two very distinct personalities who complemented each other beautifully.
Aditya and Madhur wanted a destination wedding that felt luxurious while remaining deeply connected to their culture and traditions.
With guests travelling from different parts of the world, the celebration was designed to be more than just a wedding.
It was an experience for everyone who had made the journey to be there.
Every event, every detail and every guest interaction was planned with that larger experience in mind.
What made this wedding particularly special for us was the person coordinating it all from the family’s side—the groom’s mother.
She was involved in every aspect of the planning and became an integral part of the journey. Warm, involved and incredibly lovely to work with, she was the kind of person who made collaboration feel easy.
For us, it was a wonderful reminder that destination weddings aren’t just about working with the couple.
They are about understanding the families behind them, listening to their expectations and building relationships that make the entire planning journey better.
For Madhur and Aditya, our role covered:
Working closely with the property to ensure every requirement was planned and executed smoothly.
Coordinating the celebrations and creating a seamless flow throughout the wedding experience.
Bringing together a luxurious and culturally rich visual experience that reflected the couple's vision.
Coordinating the creative and operational teams involved in the celebrations.
Ensuring guests travelling from different parts of the world felt welcomed, comfortable and looked after.
Managing the moving pieces behind the scenes so the couple and their families could simply enjoy the celebrations.
Sometimes you don’t need a testimonial to know you’ve done something right. At the end of the wedding, the guests clapped for our team. Throughout the celebrations, they had also kept coming up to us and telling us how wonderful everything had been.
For a team that had spent months working behind the scenes, hearing that directly from the people experiencing the wedding was incredibly rewarding. And that applause at the end? That was the cherry on top.
Madhur and Aditya’s wedding was about bringing people together from different places and giving them a reason to celebrate as one.
It was luxurious without losing its cultural soul. Stylish without feeling impersonal. And carefully planned without ever feeling overly orchestrated.
Most importantly, it was a celebration that made the people who travelled to be there feel like they were part of something special.
