The Wedding Crafters

The Aussie Couple. The Goan Escape.

Means & Pranav

Club Mahindra, Assonora | Goa

A two-day destination celebration where five distinct events brought together families and friends from different cultures and countries in one unforgettable party.

ABOUT THE COUPLE

Their Story

Means and Pranav were planning their wedding from Australia, with Pranav’s family in Mumbai playing an important role on the ground.

What made the planning journey particularly interesting was that the couple hadn’t even seen the venue in person.

Yet throughout the planning process, they remained relaxed, trusting and incredibly easy to work with.

With the couple based in Australia and family helping from Mumbai, our role became even more important—to bridge the distance, keep everyone aligned and ensure that decisions could be made with confidence, even from thousands of kilometres away.

The Vision

Modern. Chic. Cultural.

Means and Pranav wanted their wedding to feel like one big celebration, bringing together people from different cultures and countries while giving each event its own identity.

Across two days, five different celebrations came together, each with its own mood, character and experience.

The brief was simple in spirit: create a celebration where everyone felt part of one big party.

ABOUT WEDDING

A Celebration Away From The Shore

Unlike many destination weddings in Goa, this celebration wasn’t centred around a beach.

Instead, the couple chose a luxury property tucked away in the lush green surroundings of North Goa, away from the usual hustle and bustle.

Surrounded by greenery and mountains, the setting created a sense of exclusivity and escape—almost like stepping into a private destination of its own.

It gave us a completely different canvas to work with and allowed the celebrations to unfold in an environment that felt intimate, immersive and distinctly different from the typical Goa wedding.

the celebration

Five Events. Two Days. One Celebration.

With five events spread across two days, each celebration needed its own personality while still feeling connected to the overall wedding experience.

From planning the event flow and coordinating the venue to designing each celebration, managing logistics and ensuring guests were looked after throughout, our role was to bring all the moving pieces together without letting the scale of the wedding overwhelm the experience.

OUR ROLE

What We Crafted

For Means and Pranav, our role covered the complete destination wedding experience:

Venue Coordination

Working closely with the property to ensure every aspect of the celebrations was planned and aligned.

Event Planning

Creating the flow and structure for each celebration while keeping the overall experience relaxed and unhurried.

Wedding Design & Décor

Developing distinct visual identities for each event while maintaining a cohesive overall celebration.

Logistics & Hospitality

Managing the movement, comfort and experience of guests throughout the celebrations.

Guest Management

Coordinating the many details involved in bringing guests together from different cities and countries.

Vendor Management

Working with the entire vendor team to ensure every element came together seamlessly.

A Moment We'll Remember

It wasn't actually a moment from the ceremony. It was Pranav's mother thanking each one of us at the end.

The wedding was over. The guests were checking out. Our team was exhausted—but happy. And then, just before leaving, the groom’s mother came to us.

She took the time to personally thank each member of our team, one by one, for everything we’d done throughout the celebrations. And then she handed each of us a wedding gift. It was such a simple gesture, but it stayed with us. Because after months of planning, coordination, late nights and countless little details, moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

The wedding may last two days. The relationships you build along the way can last much longer.

From Australia To North Goa

From Australia To North Goa

Means and Pranav trusted us to help bring their wedding together from Australia, with family supporting the planning journey from Mumbai.

They didn’t even have the opportunity to see their venue in person before the celebrations.

But with the right communication, thoughtful planning and a team they could trust on the ground, distance never became a barrier.
